[cisco-voip] Unity Connection Upgrade 6.1.2 to 7.1.3

I had bad media but, got a replacement from Cisco after 3 weeks as part of Cisco's "We're focusing on our bottom line and not customer service" polices.

Are you sure the 7.1(3) upgrade was canceled? What does "utils system
upgrade status" show? You should be able to force the cancel with
"utils system upgrade cancel".
