[cisco-voip] IPCC: HR error 5051

Hi experts,

I'm trying to connect to the Historical Reports but I get the error
connection odbc 5051.

I follow the recommend troubleshooting provided by Cisco in the next
page:

It doesn't work. Someone can give me an advice?

IPCC 4.0(4)

Client PC Windows XP SP3 (another computer with the same components can
loggin)
