Look up syn-apps park and page...But it costs...
Maybe you can transfer to a park slot... and then send it back to the user..

Is there a feature or method that would put incoming calls to an extension on hold if the extension is busy?
We are running CCM 6.1.3b
Trying to develop a poor mans calling queue.
