[cisco-voip] mount failed

I don't know about the DVD drives but I like to use FTP and simply upload
the ISO obtained from CCO downloads to my FTP server. When doing so I highly
recommend verifying the MD5 hash that the upgrade process spits out to you.

Thanks,

Subject: [cisco-voip] mount failed

got the pub upgraded but now the sub is giving me a Mount failed when trying
to upgrade the sub via the DVD. Is Mount failed a DVD Rom drive failure?

on the HP's are the DVD's hot swapable and I can try one of the other ones?
If I try SFTP do I just upload all the files / directorys to the SFTP
server? or do I make a ISO from it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Scott
