[cisco-voip] Missed call notifications and Outlook rules

Hi All,

I know this isn't really a Voip issue but as is related and wondered if anyone has come across the same problem/fix.

We have just migrated to Outlook 2010 and since then missed call notification emails send from Moc seem to bypass any rules set in outlook. We are trying to move missed call emails into there own folder. If we manually run the rule in outlook after the email is in the inbox the email gets moved.

We are using

CUCM 6.1.5
CUPS 7.0.6 (Only used for call control via Moc)
Outlook 2010 (no service pack)
OCS 2007 R1
MOC (Communicator 2007 R1)


Any help greatly received.
