[cisco-voip] Phone Load question

I just discovered that on of my subscribers does not have the same firmware
on it as the rest of my cluster.   (SCCP45-9-2-1)  (Really wishing that the
Publisher pushed all firmware's to Subscribers right now)

However, I can't find this version on Cisco's website anymore.

Other than upgrade all the phones in my cluster to SCCP45-9-2-3, anyone
have any options?
