[cisco-voip] IP Trade Turrets

It is a company called IP Trade.  They essentialky load their software on
an industrial Windows Xp embedded touch panel.

The 'integration' seems clumsy but the device is meant to take a beating.
Some of the configuration is less than intuitive but isn't all that
difficult once you get the concept down.
