I'd suggest starting with the features and services guide or overall
documentation guide for your particular version of call manager:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_maintenance_guides_list.html

The End User guides for the particular phone models you have might be
useful also.
