[cisco-voip] poll: SCCP or SIP integration with large UCM and CUC cluster

Adding a question to the discussion:  Is it true that with a SCCP
integration you can use commas as pauses when transferring out of CUC, but
with SIP you cannot?  Use case: a carrier circuit requiring long distance
authorization codes and your Call Handler needs to transfer off net.
