I think you miss proper BOGON filtering. While BOGON is actually obsolete / became static (10/8, 172.16/12 etc), one still should filter away anything smaller than /24. Some networks tend to leak their iBGP more-specifics towards their transits which don't filter properly either. You don't want to see that rubbish, I assume. Search for BOGON + cymru for a good documentation.
