No, there is no such command in Junos.  However, you can get this to work 
by fooling the SM border router into thinking the source is directly 
connected by adding a dummy secondary address that is in the same subnet 
as the source to the border interface.  This may break unicast 
connectivity to that source subnet, though.

A simpler alternative that seems to work is to simply make the SM border 
router an RP.
