[nsp] Recording login sessions ?

I have an interesting problem where I need to log everything typed into
a large bank of routers. RADIUS/TACACS accounting is not enough
as I also need to see the output, so if a noc tech types
"show ip route" then we want to record what they saw.

I have tried using the unix /usr/bin/script to however if the noc
techs kill the telnet session in windows then nothing gets
logged.

I know it not strictly cisco related I am just hoping someone
has already got something like this working in there own NOC?

Regards,
Kevin
