My experience with unequal cost load balancing is that careless configuration
can lead to routing loops. Used properly, it usually works. It is compatible
with CEF per-dest and per-packet load balancing.

At a minimum, per-packet load balancing will introduce extra jitter, which may
affect voice quality (depending on your endpoints). Per-packet is also
incompatible with RTP Header Compression.
