If it's in the class B space, the ip blocks within class B address space
won't have a prefix listed...For instance:
*>i205.197.2.0
(which is a class C)
* i205.197.0.0/16
* i165.117.0.0
(which is a class B)
* i165.117.128.0/24
The same goes for the Class A you mentioned below--the router will not
bother putting in the prefix for the class A.
