[nsp] 2900XL VLAN1 cannot resolve arps?

Hi,
I have a problem with 2x 2924XL's.

They have a VLAN configured for the management of the switches, this worked ok until a week ago when both the switches disappeared
from the network.

If you try to ping the default GW from the VLAN1 it can't resolve the arp.

The router that this is connected to gets the arp and sends the reply.

The VLAN1 interface has all the packets as ignored?

The set up is the same for both switches, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The version is:
