take a look at http://www.caida.org/tools/measurement/cflowd/

for a free cflowd.

There's various tools (like Dave Plonka's excellent Flowscan
(http://net.doit.wisc.edu/~plonka/FlowScan/) for various types of
analysis. Perhaps you should rather evaluate what your needs are, and find
a solution moulded around that, instead of looking for a feature, and then
a way to use it?
