[nsp] access list counters via snmp?

Anyone know of a MIB object that lets you query access-list counters via
snmp? Even named acls?

For that matter, anyone know of a good way to find out which MIB may
support a particular function, other than going to
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/c7200/c7200-supportlist.html
and looking for a MIB with a likely looking title?
