Hello All,

Is there any way to force a Cisco router to prefer an Inter-Area route (one
tagged as IA) over an intra-area route? Adjusting the OSPF Administrative
Distance did not seem to affect the route selection in the router as no
matter what the distance, the Intra-Area route ended up being preferred.
Perhaps someone would know how to know how to force a router to change the
metric type from Inter-Area to Intra-Area using a route-map or some other
means?
