If I were to recommend an image it'd be 12.1(8a)E5 as it is the
most bug-free release i've found as of yet.
But there is a bug that will crash the router in 12.1(8a)E5 as well
as a nasty memory leak in 12.1(8b)E6. As far as I know it's not fixed
in 12.1(8b)E7
