        This is getting a little off-topic for cisco-nsp:

        This is highly dependent on your OS of choice on the DNS server.
        This kind of configuration is often used with web traffic which is
        transperantly redirected to a proxy server. The Squid FAQ has a
        chapter on this which describes the neccessary configuration on
        different OSs. See: http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-17.html.
        You might also need to change the source code of your DNS server
        software (it least if you want to know the real destination address
        of your packet). The Squid source code will give some example of
        this.
