Apologies. We are running 11.1.29CC / 11.1.29CC1 on routers,
on rev C0 GEIP hardware. I believe the bug you mention does
not affect IP in any case, though I may be wrong.
5.2.1 on switches (though I have seen it on latest 4.x too).
[ In answer to your question re rate-limiting, no, it's not
shown up as output drops as it never reaches the output buffer
but you can see it through "show int rate-limit". If your
trying this on GE I've been told some people have problems
getting these two to work together. ]
