[nsp] Experience with IOS 12.1 on RSM/RSFC

Has anyone had any recent experience running IOS 12.1 on
the RSM/RSFC? We're running 12.0(20) and 12.0(10)W5(18a)
respectively just now, but it's looking like we're going
to have to move up to 12.1 (on the RSFC at least) to fix
a redistribution bug, so it might be worth going to 12.1
on the RSMs as well if it's considered stable enough now.
