Aux isn't good for OOB management, you can't troubleshoot broken hardware or
use "Remote Hands"[1] to swap out duff parts and reconfigure from scratch or
upgrade IOS images or break into a box and so on.

[1] Aka "Rack Monkeys" if you work for a certain large telco...
