That depends on if you're using the device primarily for L2 or for L3. If
it's an L3 box, Hybrid requires twice as much configuration and management
to accomplish the same thing. OTOH, Native is a bit clunky if you have a
large number of L2 ports.
Cisco's desire is that all customers migrate to Native, and already many
features and hardware upgrades are not available in Hybrid.
