If you query sysObjectID.0, it will return a value that you can
look up in the "CISCO-PRODUCTS-MIB.my". The enumeration in that
mib is up to 455 separate codes (products), so the coverage is
"pretty good" for hardware type...

If you want to know more detailed info about the s/w running on
the router, try an snmpwalk of .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.25

You'll have to parse out the crap they put in their for ciscoWorks,
but it's there.
