[nsp] Unable to do snmpwalk after IOS upgrade

I upgraded two 7500s to 12.1(5)T12 (with the SNMP fix) and am no unable to
do a walk or gets:

boris# snmpget -V
UCD-snmp version: 4.2.3
boris# snmpget bdr2 passwd system.sysName.0
system.sysName.0 = bdr2
boris# snmpget border2 passwd system.sysName.0
Error in packet
Reason: (noSuchName) There is no such variable name in this MIB.
Failed object: system.sysName.0

Configuration error or user error?
