Based on your ACL, the aggregate should be limited to 128K.

Subject: [nsp] traffic limiting ports

Hi, I am using a 3640 currently and have a general question about traffic
shaping. I am desiring to shape a tcp port for managing traffic abuse.

Will this below shape all port 1214 traffic exiting this interface to 128k
aggregate, or 128k per stream or per customers's IP number? I have a
suspicion it is shaping each stream to 128k, which is fine. The univercd
instructions are sort of vague and I wish to understand this fully.

In the interface configuration:
traffic-shape group 111 128000 7936 7936 1000

In the router configuration:
access-list 111 permit tcp any eq 1214 any

TIA,
Jason Philbrook
