[nsp] IOS "Trains" and Definitions

Hi All,

Is there a complete list somewhere of the IOS "trains" such as P, T and
CC etc and a brief on what is in what usually?

It's just a see a lot of "use 11.1.xCC" etc for valid reasons but I
don't have the definitions.....
