[nsp] abt ip spoofing or arp spoofing

Hi friends,
I dont know what to do and how to find problem.

What should I understand , If I found two ip address ( one of my own ip
which i configured and one of someone else's which I havent configured )
for one MAC address ( my lancard's MAC).And I found this arps ( 2 IPs of
1 MAC) for only some times.. now it seems ok..

Whats wrong was there ....
Any body can give me idea....
