Just let them log to the same server, the server will note
the router's name in the logfile.

Some advanced syslog-daemon will allow you to distinguish
different logfiles based on the source-ip, have a look at
syslog-ng (http://www.balabit.hu/en/downloads/syslog-ng/).
[Note: I have not used it, but I know that it's possible with syslog-ng].
