Thanks to everyone. The cause of the problem (I realised that it wasn't a
problem indeed) is so stupid!
The message was appeared for the IP's that the access-list didn't include.

I beleave it means that the packet was checked against the policy, but
does not match the policy so it is forwarded normally... I would check my
policy syntax.
