Actually it can be a problem. Just tried it with two 2600's here
that have totally unique address space, but with identical loopbacks
(ie routerid). They refuse to establish a session due to the routerid
being identical.
Part of the BGP protocol specifies that a router can only establish
one session with a given routerid, and that includes its own id.
So you do need to be careful in case someone else has the same
loopback that you're peering with (exchange points especially).
