If you don't specifically ask the router to route or bridge IPX, then devices
on the 10.10.2.0/24 network will be unable to communicate with devices on
10.10.1.0/24 via IPX.
You're not seeing the IPX access-list do anything probably because the router
isn't configured to pass traffic anyway!
