[nsp] ATM int (PA-A3-OC3) input/output dB

Does anyone know if the Cisco PA's specifically the PA-A3-OC3(MM) can
provide feedback related to the input and output levels in dB. I scanned the
sh diag/ATM/controller/interface commands but didn't find much info about
the actual power levels. Did I miss something or does it not exist? Running
12.0(19)S is that helps.
