[nsp] RSP8 dead?

Hi,

A 7507MX was dead suddenly and no response from any interfaces and even
console. Upon power reset, no light on the RSP8 lit and of course it
didn't boot up. Was that RSP8 dead? Do anyone have similar
experience? It was the 2nd RSP8 "dead" this way on the same router.
Chassis problem too? How to verify?
