Is there any way of telling an LNS not to ask the RADIUS server for a
tunnel setup for a local set of users.

My LNS provides service for two groups of users, one group with usernames
@ispA.com are tunnelled to a second LNS, the second group with
usernames@ispB.com are local, no tunnel needs to be setup for them.

What I want is to stop the LNS from asking the RADIUS server for info on
how to created the tunnel for the ispB.com users. Is this possible?
