There are few good tools in www.caida.org/tools Myself I am using cflowd. Its not graphical but it shows good details. Another good tool is flow-tools. You can get it from http://www.splintered.net/sw/flow-tools/
If you want graphical you may take a look at Dave Plonka's FlowScan: http://net.doit.wisc.edu/~plonka/FlowScan/
They are all free;)
