Well... Any that showed malloc fails need more, though changing the
I/O % allocation may help if they're not too interface intensive.

Also take a look at the IOS image size, if you're using one of the
kitchen-sink images and don't need the features, that's a substantial
chunk of DRAM.

Whether the others need to depends on what kind of routing protcols
you're using and the amount of routes/changes. Static routes on
one end, BGP with full routes at the other.

The maximum memory for the 2600's is 64M, though this might be a
marketing restriction to make a stronger case for 3600's where
full routes are needed.
