Try 'ppp max-bad-auth 3' under the dialer or group-async interface.

we are using cisco for dialin connection using PAP authentication but for
users if they make mistake typing password or username at connection dialog
they are disconnected... is there way to pop
up username and password dialog instead of disconnecting...surendra
