there is no "+" version of the 1 port mc-t3 cards. the "+" version only
exists for the 2 port cards, and yes they do support sub-rate T3s which
is not supported on the 1 port cards. the sub-rate support however is
a sw feature that is not available today, but is on the roadmap.
