Kevin, where in your config do you put the remove-private? It should be in
your upstream peering config. We are doing this and it works fine. What
as are you configuring the remove-private in? AS2110 would have to have
remove-private in their peering session with 3856.

I believe that cisco removes the as prior to running the route-map, and
Juniper does the opposite.
