debug arp 8-)
Something out there is probably generating a continuous stream of arps
on your ethernet, possibily for addresses which your your router doesn't
belive are there (i.e. they don't match the router's primary or secondary
ip/netmask combos).
Take the usual degbug precautions aginst console spew killing your router,
set "logging console warning" or "no logging console" and do it from a
telnet session, capturing the text for analysis...
