[nsp] Corrupt flash cards on GSR

Folks,
Has anyone had any issues with corrupt IOS images on GSR 12012 platform?

We've now seen this problem twice on different routers.

        * GSR working fine
        * GSR has some type of memory exception
        * GSR reboots
        * Operator finds GSR at rom-monitor prompt saying
          IOS image is corrupt.
