Has anybody experienced problem of shutting down the ports - out of
nowhere?

Cisco 3640
with 4 serial ports (NM-4T). two of them are carrying traffic with PPP
encapsulation (512K+256) and one of them on Frame relay - satellite
connection (receive only 2Mb).
I'm trying to hook-up 4th link (also PPP - 2Mb). Two Ethernet ports. The
way how it looks is that whenever S3 comes up two PPP line protocols goes
down. Satellite link stays up.
Error on debug lokks like:

I have read trough CISCO doc. that MUESLIX-1 error is possible whenever
traffic reach about 40 Mb. (on Gigabit Ether - I do not have so much
traffic - max reach 25Mb and I do not have Gigabit Ether). Other thing that
waries me is the DMA part in error message.
Anybody familar with this error?
