[nsp] 12.0(13)S2 experieces w/ CT3?

Anyone running 12.0(13)S2 on a 7513 w/ a CT3 PA?

I've been hesitant to try it due to CSCds66853 (CT3 crashing at
ct3sw_vip_fastsend), but that bug has been in the Open state for awhile so
perhaps it is unreproducible.

Thought I'd see if anyone has run into any problems with that hardware and
code combination.
