Only those routes that each if the mesh members think of as best,
assuming they have intercourse with more than one eBGP partner.

If you have one box that has listen-only sessions with all the
eBGP neighbors, then you could see the entire outside-world
perspective, add all your iBGP mesh and then you can see wht
they're picking as best routes.

That said, Juniper supposedly has a send-all option in their
BGP implementation, Cisco might feel that competitive urge to
add an undocumeted hook too...
