Tom,
I do not believe that ....
cisco never intended to handle 2 T1 with cisco 2500.
I believe this router was intended to handle one T1 with slow other backup
connection.

why turned off route cache?. If I am not mistaken, by turned off
route cache, it will require more CPU....

Further I have seen it shows a lot of overuns and underflow if 2 T1 are
 fully utilized...
