There are a lot of variables, including how many routes in your
"full view" and what feature set you're working with. The various
NPE's & NSE's have slightly different memory architectures,
SRAM+DRAM vs. dual-SDRAM vs. shared SDRAM.

Memory Leaks/Fragmentation and dynamic allocation patterns also
play a role.

Bottom line is that 128M is running out of time, it's not hard to
have a 7206 where you can't get away with turning on CEF in a
"current" IOS an you really *need* to for perfornace reasons.
