Dear All,

Thanks a ton for the advice & suggestions. Regarding the point made on the
12.07 (T). The software seemed to be doing fine until today, where I
recieved the following message on the console log..

-Traceback= 802B3234 8034E044 8034D830 8034DA70 801FA01C 801A5764 801F4FD8

Feb 13 11:05:35.262 IST: %SYS-3-INVMEMINT: Invalid memory action (free) at
interrupt level
The Cisco website states the following -

Error Message
%SYS-3-INVMEMINT: Invalid memory action ([chars]) at interrupt level
Explanation This message indicates that a memory allocation or deallocation was
attempted from an interrupt handler.
Recommended Action If this messages recurs, copy it exactly as it appears and report it to
your technical support representative.
Is this a cause of concern in a service provider network.. Should I
replace the IOS Software with a 12.0.15 which is a GD release ?
Another question is that what is the difference between a Major release
update & an Early deployment update.. The Major release update seems to
have a "GD, & LD" What is the LD for?
Kindly advice..

With warm regards,
Vinod.
