this will be the radius profile that you will need on the Cisco Access
Registrar

[ //localhost/Radius/Profiles/p-ssg-iptv/Attributes ]
    Cisco-SSG-Service-Info = R0.0.0.0;0.0.0.0 (default-network)
    Cisco-SSG-Service-Info = D203.127.225.10 (DNS)
    Cisco-SSG-Service-Info = MC (concurrent)
    Cisco-SSG-Service-Info = TP (pass-through)
    Service-Type = Outbound

make sure that you enable the ip multicast-routing in global configuration
and ip pim dense-mode(it depends on multicast protocol that will use)
on interface level
of the CPE and 6400

verify if you can see the multicast address that the IP/TV uses
(you can modify the multicast address in the content server of your IP/TV)
on your CPE.
